I must agree in the praise offered above by fellow qypers and say kudos to BA for doing something right. Heathrow's still the easiest, and cheapest, Airport to fly from and so I try and aim there. Knowing I can now indulge in my beloved Itsu sushi as a pre-flight snack warms the cockles of my heart.
The little self-check in styles are easy to use, and when you do cross paths with an employee they are helpful and pleasant. It was a saturday morning and we had given it a bit of time in case but had plenty to spare as we whizzed through the usual bottle necks. SO don't be afraid of T5 - go on and book something!
