I guess average is a fair way of summing up The Cadogan Arms. There's nothing particularly wrong or bad about it, it just doesn't have anything unique and is one of those places where company will make or break the evening.
The background music was a startling array of pop from the 90s, the decor didn't strike any chords and if it weren't for the two pool tables, I would've probably have written it off altogether.
So yes, it serves drinks from a bar, a few on tap and has pool tables. But if you find yourself in this side of town you could probably do a bit better if you keep looking.
