Not much to add so really just throwing in my 5 cents. Great pub - one of my favourites around She Bu as it's not as dirty as many of the others. Inside it's got great old-fashioned kind of furniture and being a dirty smoker, I love that I can push onto a private patio cradling my drink rather than being stick-poked on the pavement by non-smokers. Never eaten here but imagine the food would be quite good - great place to go before catching a gig at the Empire. It isn't cheap though with beers just strating from £3 and ciders starting from £4. So if you're planning an all night bender best start/end elsewhere.
