Qype: Plumtree in London

Encased in a lovely old building tucked under the Holborn viaduct, The Plumtree is a lovely place for evening drinks. There is an extensive winelist, a good choice of beers, and while I did not order from the menu, I would have high expectations.

The lighting and new furnishings guides it towards more a trendy bar than a dank old pub and it's a great destination for work drinks, meeting a friend or a fun night out. Staff are friendly and happy to help.
