Qype: Queen's Park Farmers' Market in London

London - Food & Drink - Farm Shops

Now admittedly I am not a farmer's market expert and so can only go on what little experience I have. The small farmer's market is, well small. And rather extortionate - £14 for an 'organic whole raw chicken'. Have they not been into a supermarket in the last 20 years??

But that said, the quality cannot be matched. Veg and meat purchased from here will ensure a sumptuous Sunday Roast without the remarkable shrinkage of hormone-saturated lumps and the freshly made apple juice is c'est manufique. Just can't win. Visit on pay day, dodge the chickens and expect less of a selection.
