London - Restaurants - Japanese & Sushi
This is like the more authentic, rustic, less clinical version of YoSushi. This branch is quite small and evidently quite popular as we had to wait a little while for a seat. Similar to Yo there's the conveyor belt and plate system - although the plates have patterns rather than colour differences which makes it a bit slower to tally.
I love the fact that the presentation was a littel sloppy; rather than the cookie-cutter nigiri shape, the sliced fish hung lazily over the edges, and there were some peculiar-looking things you had to try. Definitely pop in if you're a sushi fan and tired of the more westernised franchises.
