Qype: LAB Bar in London

London - Pubs & Bars - Bars - Cocktail Bars

For one of the most extensive cocktail lists in London, head to LAB. It really is a little laboratory of science experiments, but I guess they're way too trendy for test tube shooters and sexy little lab coats (that would be awesome by the way).

But with selection and quality does come cost and their's was rather extortionate at up to £10 per cocktail. Great place to try a few different cocktails with wicked ingredients like crushed watermelon and chili garnishings, but not somewhere to spend the whole night (for me anyway, sniff).

There's a bit of pretension; downstairs the ladies loos are titled 'bitches' (um, okay) and the food menu they offer is actually from the restaurant next door - I think they could do with some mod bar snacks for that little extra je nais se quoi.
